After attending the 2nd annual October Fest at the Southshore Center last night and seeing it bright with fun, action and community togetherness (all surrounding cities as well!), it reminds and assures me of what a wonderful vibrate, viable gem of a asset we almost gave away!
I am sending this along again to refresh ourselves to NEVER FORGET what Dick Woodruff, Laura Turgeon, and Jeff Baily tried to do, almost selling off the Southshore Community Center along with other misgivings ( the liquor store sales (what a revenue stream they would be today!), no organic recycling, and the list goes on and on........
I strongly urge everyone to get out and vote for the right choice this coming election!
